Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any services already rendered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under specific conditions:

  • If Social Post Private Limited is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.
  • If technical issues caused by Social Post Private Limited result in an unsatisfactory service outcome.

Non-Refundable Services

Custom services, one-time consultations, and setup fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to the original payment method within 4-7 days.

Dispute Resolution

If clients are unsatisfied with services, they are encouraged to contact Social Post Private Limited’s support team to resolve any issues.
